Complaints information

There are four categories of judicial office holders:

• Judges
• Magistrates
• Tribunal Members
• Coroners

The complaints procedure is slightly different for each category. The site explains the procedures to be followed if you have a complaint about a judicial office holder's personal conduct. The Office for Judicial Complaints does not deal with complaints about judicial decisions or about case management such as the type of sentence or whether a claim succeeds or not.
